Our products are produced, carefully packed and shipped in/from Austria.

Most orders are shipped within 5 workdays.

Depending on the season and the workload of the shipping service providers, there may be delays. However, most products will arrive within 2-5 workdays after confirmation of shipment.

Yes, as long as you have ordered a certain minimum quantity (min. € 50.00,-), otherwise we will send without tracking number. Fore more information click here: Shipping & Delivery

No, there is no minimum order quantity, but it make sense to order more at once. Why? Because you have to pay for shipping costs for each order, except you order more than €125.00,-. Then we will take over your shipping costs.

There are no shipping costs if the order value exceeds € 125.00,-.

Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped, you are welcome to contact us by contact form (link). We will gladly customize your order for you.

By sending us your application by e-mail to mail (at) wizetackle.com. We expect a detailed letter (about 500 words) with snapshots. Try to pull us off our feet!

Send us good catch pictures and the matching story (about 200 words). Describe with what and how you caught the fish. All by email to mail (at) wizetackle.com and we will let you know if you made it into the next bank story!
